And then the next day, in the middle of it, the dispatcher calls and starts yelling at me irritably, saying that I delivered to the wrong place, that he will write me a fine, that I’m a brainless deer, etc. It was just about the client who forgot. I calmly explained that, firstly, the name of the company was the same, secondly, the recipient himself stated that he was waiting for these documents, and thirdly, it’s generally not very convenient to work, constantly pushing pictures apart with your fingers and receiving passes for 45 minutes. Of course, there was a refusal - they say this is not according to the rules, the documents cannot be raised! Next, I sent them the documents that had not been delivered that day (and how can you deliver them in conditions when they are yelling at you and threatening you) and left them with a light heart. Where to track a KSE parcel

As already noted, Courier Service Express is an independent courier delivery service, but you will almost never see their name directly among the list of delivery methods from the same AliExpress; it will usually be indicated. This is because they act mainly as an intermediary between the logistics center and the client, and perform exclusively their narrow range of tasks - to deliver from point A to point B.

For delivery within Russia, for example, from a MALL, Courier Service Express most often transfers the parcel, even despite the fact that they themselves provide courier delivery to the door. However, recently they prefer to concentrate more and more on logistics, which is why they delegate part of their authority in the field of delivery to contractors.

Finding out that your parcel was transferred to Courier Service Express is quite simple, using the example of the same 007EX, after the order is collected and completed, the parcel will go to sorting, from where it will be sent for delivery with the status “Sent by the transport company KSE”.

Of course, you can continue to track the movement on the 007EX website, but you need to take into account the fact that the track code information will be updated with a delay, so it is much easier to track the current status of the movement of your parcel on. Compared to those from China, you won’t have to wait long; delivery is usually carried out within one week, depending on your location.

As already noted, CSE services are used not only by logistics centers for the delivery of goods throughout Russia.
